Bruce Bailey
| Bruce Bailey is a principal in the law firm of Bailey & Associates,
a law firm specializing in representing multi-employer benefit
plans in a number of industries. He also represents public
agency benefit plans. He serves as an independent professional
trustee on several large multi-employer trust funds, which
cover, in total, 90,000 participants. In addition to trust
funds, Bruce has represented individual fiduciaries, investment
management firms, banks, and other service providers to trust
funds. He has served as an arbitrator and mediator with regard
to disputes involving ERISA issues. And, he has served as a
