Ruben Ingram is the Executive Director of School
Employers Association of California. He is the former Executive
Director of the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing,
and prior to that was District Superintendent for the Fountain
Valley School District. He was a teacher and principal in the
Long Beach Unified School District, has taught at California
State University, Long Beach, the University of Southern
California, and Chapman University. He also serves as the
founding Co-Chair of the California Education Coalition for
Health Care Reform, representing all the major educational
management associations in California.
