| Daniel
serves 17 International Organizations and 45 Building &
Construction Trades Local Unions with over 135,000 employee
members. He acts as liaison and principle negotiator in public
and various private sector agreements and serves as a principle
advocate for the organization and its membership. He administers
policy and language, coordinates project development, advises on
public policy and navigates all public agencies on behalf of the
Council and its affiliated unions. Daniel has been an active
union member since beginning his electrical apprenticeship with
the IBEW in 1989, he holds an M.B.A. and currently serves on the
following boards and/or committees:
