Mission: It is the mission of the California Health Care Coalition (CHCC) to collaborate with all health care stakeholders to promote high quality health care for all Californians.

Vision: CHCC believes that healthcare should be safe, effective, patient-centered, efficient, fairly priced and available to all without regard to race, gender, socioeconomic status or geography.

Goals:

• Bring employers, unions and health and welfare trust funds together to require full accountability for the quality of care we receive and the dollars we spend.
  
  
• Improve the quality and costs of healthcare services by establishing programs that measure, report and reward providers for the highest clinical quality and best patient results.

• Offer tangible value to our Members and the general public by providing information about medically unwarranted quality and cost variations and by helping our Members identify and select high quality providers.
