Communications Toolkit: Using information to get high quality care

Description: The communication toolkit is a collection of free health communication materials to use with your workforce about evidence-based health care and getting high quality care.  Companies and unions can use the Toolkit to develop communications about many important health care issues for consumers including: being better informed; actively managing their health; getting quality, cost-effective care; and using “evidence-based care.”

The American Institutes for Research developed the Toolkit materials with funding from the California HealthCare Foundation. The National Business Group on Health maintains and hosts the Toolkit website.
