The California Health Care Coalition has negotiated a model contract with Catalyst Rx for the administration and management of our members’ self-insured pharmacy plans. This program will provide your plan members with substantial savings and is one of the most innovative and effective tools you can use to manage your pharmacy costs without increasing deductibles and co-pays.

CHCC signed a service agreement with Evergreen Rx, a pharmacy consultant, to advise our PBM selection process for two main reasons. It works exclusively for purchasers and accepts no money from any PBM. It also specializes in PBM selection and performance monitoring and is the largest placer of PBMs with HMOs in the country.
